Let’s get you back into Nevo Money.

Use these checks first if sign-in or verification did not complete the first time.

1. Retry From The App

Restart the flow cleanly

Reopen Nevo Money and start the sign-in flow again instead of using a stale browser tab or an old verification link.

2. Finish System Checks

Complete the handoff

Google, Apple, and phone verification can briefly show browser or anti-abuse screens before the app can continue.

3. Update The App

Use the latest build

If sign-in loops or the app returns to the welcome screen, install the newest build and try again.

Android Note

If a verification SMS still references a Firebase project URL, that can happen when the build was not installed through Google Play or the branded auth domain is not active yet.
